Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky dad. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. My parents brought me into America in 1990, when I was just one-and-a half. I would not be able to share my story to you now had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. When I realized that I had the potential to achieve a better future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. I had a plan in life: go to university, get a job get married buy an apartment and have children. My plan for success was to attend college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. I would then marry then buy a house, and then have children. However, life was not so sure. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joyIt was that I was throwing my life away in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was destined for something more. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I began to discover that personal training was what I wanted to do. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being around people and helping those around me. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014 I began my own small business. It's rare to meet an Asian woman working in this field. To lead in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and help them achieve their objectives. In addition, I wish for everyone to be able to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for throughout their lives. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest happiness in my entire life. My mother passed away just when my career took off. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. It is true that life has the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even when we're unable to see the lesson at this moment. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways and I truly believe that my mom offered me a second chance at life through her passing. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to begin her new life as I was given my second shot at living a happy and fulfilling life. At the age of 30, I have a sense of being alive and in the moment. It's not as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. I share my life with you in hopes that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts so that you can feel secure knowing that you're not on your own, to know that you are beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed as health is the best source of wealth. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets as death is the sole thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.

While I had one baby on me and others within the cradle was working 12 hour shifts grinding floors and cutting off wallpaper. Ha!
