Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. Her most well-known role was for her role as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson is a National Board Certified Teacher with the degree of a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. She has over 11 years of classroom experience and more than a decade of expertise as an instructional coach. Angela created this site when she was a teacher in school in the year 2003. She wanted to share useful classroom tips and encourage other teachers to adopt a more positive outlook so that they could be more content in their work. The original name was Ms. Powell's Teaching Management Tips until 2008, when the website became The Cornerstone for Teachers. This was after she published her first work. Angela Powell's professional development in productivity is currently being utilized in over 45,000 public schools in the US via her 40-Hour Workweek initiative. It was originally designed for teachers, 40 Hour was then broadened to include instructional coaches as well as administrative staff. It helps teachers be more deliberate with their contractual teaching and time so that they are able to focus on the things that matter.
